A few words about Nathalie...
I took my first yoga and meditation class in 2003 after my daughter's birth. I still remember my mom's comment when I came back from the class: "I don't know what you did this afternoon but this is gooood for you!".
Yoga and meditation have been part of a long and interesting journey ever since. A journey where learning is about knowing myself, my body, and the way I want to interact with the world. I feel that I opened a different door of knowledge, and mindfulness gave me the keys to go deeper on this path. I love to share this sense of centering, strength, and calm wherever I teach. |
