A few words about Nathalie...
Picture
I took my first yoga and meditation class in 2003 after my daughter's birth.  I still remember my mom's comment when I came back from the class: "I don't know what you did this afternoon but this is gooood for you!".

Yoga and meditation have been part of a long and interesting journey ever since. A journey where learning is  about knowing myself, my body, and the way I want to interact with the world.

I feel that I opened a different door of knowledge, and mindfulness gave me the keys to go deeper on this path.   I love to share this sense of centering, strength, and calm wherever I teach.

Nathalie invites  mindfulness in all things she does from gardening, to walking in nature, to cooking and even laughing with the sun!
A  Mindful Schools  Year-Long Teacher   graduate,   a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher)    with the Yoga Alliance from   Kaia Yoga and Meditation, she also went through the  MBSR training with the   Mindfulness Center at Brown University. She has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Communication.  She is a  certified   Little Flower Yoga Teacher  (Level 1&2). She received the   Lineage Project Teacher   Certification, and the Self Inquiry certificate with   Rod  Stryker, the founder of  ParaYoga.
