OUR SERVICES

Spaces to Support Mental Health and Restore the Ability to Act

Stress, overload, and tension can affect how we learn, work, and relate to one another. Mindful Communities™ trainings and participatory workshops offer individuals and groups a space to step back, explore well-being practices, and identify possible actions that fit their circumstances.

FOR STUDENTS

Conversations and workshops that support well-being, open new perspectives, and help students find their way forward.

The workshops give practical strategies for managing stress and overwhelm, navigating challenging emotions, stepping back from thoughts and judgments, and cultivating compassion and joy.

For whom: Students, teachers, and educational communities.

Formats: 75 to 90 minutes in person; trainings in person and online.

Possible topics: managing stress and anxiety; learning to navigate and accept difficult emotions; caring for your physical and mental well-being..

FOR ORGANISATIONS

Prevent overload and restore dialogue at work.

Our Mindful Communities™ workshops give participants space to slow down, better understand the pressures and dynamics of their daily work, explore stress regulation practices, and discuss possible actions, both individual and collective.

For whom: Teams, managers, organizations, and public sector institutions.

Duration: 90 minutes, half a day, or a full day.

Possible themes: Recognizing signs of overload, staying clear under pressure, moving from tension to cooperation, and preventing burnout.

FOR PERSONAL TRANSITIONS

A dedicated space for people

beginning a new chapter.

An invitation-only conversation for people experiencing a personal or professional transition.

In an intimate setting, participants are invited to pause, put words to what they are experiencing, listen to different perspectives, and explore what they would like their next chapter to hold.

WHEN MIGHT THIS WORK BE USEFUL?

When pressure or overload is affecting well-being and clarity.

When tensions, misunderstandings, or silos are weakening cooperation.

When change or uncertainty has left people disengaged or unable to see where they can still act.

Conversations and workshops can stand alone or become the building blocks of a programme designed

around a shared objective. The content, rhythm, and duration are tailored to each client’s context and needs.
