A few words about Nathalie...
Picture
"I    took my first yoga and meditation class in early 2000 after my daughter's birth.  I still remember my mom's comment when I came back from the class: "I don't know what you did this afternoon but this is really good for you!".

Yoga and meditation have been part of a long and interesting journey ever since. A journey where learning is  about knowing myself, my body, and the way I want to interact with the world.

I feel that I opened a different door of knowledge, and mindfulness gave me the keys to go deeper on this path.   I love to share this sense of centering, strength, and calm wherever I teach".

Nathalie has been working for 18 years in nonprofit organizations where she developed community projects and educational programs for low income communities.  Born in Paris with a Caribbean background, she studied dance before being enchanted with yoga .  Her  re-discovery of yoga in 2003 came with a meditation practice thanks to her teacher who studied with Sri Swami Satchidananda (the founder of Integral Yoga).

A  Mindful Schools  Program Teacher and Facilitator,    she also mentors new teachers with Little Flower Yoga.

She has   a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and a Master's degree in Communication. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher    with the Yoga Alliance.
