 Mindfulness Sessions:

We offer community practices and  one-on-one meditation classes in person or online.
 The customi
zed mindfulness sessions (from 30-60 minutes) are also available  in the comfort of your home.

You can also gather a group of your choice to do a mini-mindfulness series  on self-care.

As an example, topics may include:
mindfulness of the body,
mindfulness of the emotions,
self-compassion,
mindful communication.
